Since December 14, 2021, NWC has been in a Stage 2 Supply Alert requesting all customers reduce their water usage by 25%.  Record setting rain and snowfall throughout the state this winter has helped reverse California’s historic drought conditions.  Effective April 25, 2023, and following suite with EMWD, NWC will move into NWC’s Water Conservation Ordinance Stage 1.  Customers are being asked to continue voluntary reductions in water use by 10%.
