NWC does not maintain independent pipeline construction standards. All water system improvements shall be designed and constructed in accordance with the standards established by Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD). These standards are for use within our service area and shall govern all applicable work unless otherwise approved by Nuevo Water Company (NWC).
